Our RMC V40 CNC engine machine provides us with unparalleled accuracy in machining. This machine is a 4 axis, PC based, CNC controlled machining center equipped to handle precision engine blueprinting.

With the digital probe attachments, we can take all the pre-machining dimensions of cylinder and lifter bore diameters, locations and deck heights and compare them to factory blueprint specifications.

The RMC block true blueprinting fixture maintains the crankshaft to camshaft relationship for correct alignment during all the block machining operations.
