We are very proud of our RMC V40 CNC Engine Machine, which provides us with accuracy in machining, along with our other impressive lineup of equipment. This machine is a 4 axis, PC based, CNC controlled machining center equipped to handle precision engine blueprinting.

With the digital probe attachments we are able to take all of the pre-machining dimensions of cylinder and lifter bore diameters, locations and deck heights and compare them to factory blueprint specifications!

Our RMC Block True blueprinting fixture maintains the crankshaft to camshaft relationship for correct alignment during all of the block machining operations.
